Where are you located?Celtic Step Studio is located inside the Conforto home at 6313 W Rockport Dr, West Jordan, UT 84081, between Fox Hollow Elementary School and Sunset Ridge Middle School.Can I try out the Irish dance class?Your first class is free! After your trial, you may choose to enroll if you’d like to continue. Tuition is billed monthly at $42 for a four - week month. Tuition will be adjusted for months with five weeks or scheduled holidays/breaks.Do I need to know how to dance to take your class?Nope! Whether you've never danced before or have been dancing your whole life, everyone is welcome! In this class, you’ll learn the basics of Irish dance.What do I need to wear to dance?Please wear clothes you’ll be comfortable dancing in. This could include: t-shirt or long sleeve shirt, leggings/stretch pants. Please no jeans or non-stretchable pants.
It is also recommended to have your hair pulled away from your face.For shoes, feel free to wear comfortable workout shoes, any dance shoe or you can also wear just socks if that is more comfortable for you. Traditional Irish dance soft shoes (otherwise known as Ghillies) are recommended for this class, but not required.Do we perform?Currently, this is a non-performing class. As the year progresses, there will be a few optional opportunities to perform at small community venues such as libraries and retirement homes.
